Please take a moment to read through the following to get the best out of your treatment with us!

arrive on time if you are an existing client or 5 minutes early for new clients.
Unfortunately, we cannot extend your appointment time for late arrivals.
note that you must be over 18 or have a parent/guardian present at the time of your first booking for consent form purposes.
It’s important to know:
You must avoid showering, sauna’s and sweat-inducing activities the 24 hours immediately following your appointment.
Please remove contact lens’ and wear glasses to your appointment - *we will not be able to perform services if you are wearing your contacts*.
We do not accept cheques, AMEX or Diners Club cards.
If you have suffered any side effects to eyelash extensions or cosmetic procedures before, it’s important to discuss this with us prior to booking. Please note our Cancellation Policy applies where sensitivities are not brought to our attention prior to you booking where the treatment is unable to go ahead.
Due to the size of our salon, hazardous equipment, and insurance guidelines, we ask that you leave friends and little ones cared for at home, to maintain the comfort and safety for other clients, staff and yourself.
Our salon is designed for you to wind down. We have cosy blankets, extra pillows, and music for your enjoyment. Most clients indulge in a “lash nap”. This is your opportunity to relax enjoy some pamper time.
We’re certain that you'll fall in love with your lashes or we'll fix them. If you aren’t 100% happy with your result, notify us within 2 days and we'll give you a free 30 minute touchup service within 7 days of your last appointment.
By booking with us, you give your acceptance of the following terms:
Booking Fees:- New client appointments require $50 booking fee at the time of booking.
This is redeemable toward your service on the day.
Booking Fees are forfeited in the case of cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment time OR within 48 hours where an appointment has been held for you for 21+ days.
Booking Fees can be carried over to a rescheduled appointment as per the terms above, providing also that appointment is attended & honoured.
Cancellations:- We understand that it’s occasionally necessary and ask to be notified of a canceled or rescheduled appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations received within 24 hours will incur a $35 cancellation fee in the case of refills, or forfeit of booking fee in the case of a new set. In the interests of being fair to all our clients – whether loyal or new, there are no exceptions.
Late attendance:- Please advise us as soon as possible if you think you’re running late.
As a courtesy to clients following your appointment, we cannot extend your appointment time past what was reserved for you. Your appointment will still be billed at the service price you have booked, due to the time reserved for you.
Reminders:- We send courtesy appointment reminders via email 5 days before your appointment and by text 1 day before.
Please note that we reserve the right to cancel appointments that are not confirmed by the time specified in the text message. Where applicable, cancellation policies may also apply.
We strongly recommend booking your next appointment before you leave the salon.
This guarantees your preferred booking time. As we enjoy a loyal and passionate clientele, last minute appointments aren't always possible.
We recommend visits every 2-3 week for refills.
Lashes must be maintained within 4 weeks of your last visit. Bookings made outside of 4 weeks will require a removal and new set.
A refill is qualified by 30% or more of lashes remaining since last visit.
If less than 30% of lashes remain, a full set price will be applicable.
We don’t guarantee to maintain work from another lash stylist, and reserve the right to refuse refill in favour of removal for a new set.
If you wish to book for a refill appointment but have not seen us before, please request a consultation a few days before your appointment.
Online refill bookings are reserved for existing clients only.
