If you're new here - Hi! I'm Trina, the Founder of Lashes Melbourne and I'm thrilled you've chosen our salon for your lash treatment. We LOVE welcoming new people to our Salon and we're so excited to have you!
And if you've been to us before, welcome back again!!
If you're visiting for the first time - there's some info on locating our salon below. But whether new or returning to us, please have a read over our pre-appointment care, just to make sure we've got it all covered!!

We're located on top of a small group of shops. You'll find the door to go upstairs on the Milk Bar side of the building (follow the sign for the dentist if you don't see ours).
When you arrive, have a seat and relax in our waiting lounge, and your technician will come to see you at your appointment time!
IMPORTANT BITS TO PREPARE
please arrive make-up free so we spend more time filling your lashes up (& less time cleaning), avoid using sunscreen, moisturiser, serums on or around the eye area. Waterproof mascaras should not be worn in the 3 days prior to application.
please arrive on time if you're an existing client or 5 minutes early for new clients.
In most cases, we have multiple clients following you and can't extend your appointment time for lateness.
If you're under the age of 18 please bring a parent/guardian with you for your first booking, they will need to sign a consent form on your behalf.
Plan your hair washing night!! You'll need avoiding showering, sauna’s and sweat-inducing activities the 24 hours immediately following your appointment.
Please take out your contact lens’ and wear glasses to your appointment or bring something to put them in-
*we will not be able to perform services if you are wearing your contacts*.
If you currently have extensions on from another salon please ensure you have a removal booked also, so the removal doesn't take up you new set time.
understand we are strictly a DAMAGE FREE salon, meaning:- We have so many options available to customize the fullness and length and aim to give your desired result without putting your lash health at risk (no matter how much we're begged). We understand this isn't always the right fit for every client, in which case we can help refer you to somewhere more your style (just being honest!).
OTHER IMPORTANT BITS
Eftpos is available, however, no AMEX or Diners Club cards (sorry!) and no cheques.
If you've had a side effect to lash extensions, tints, perms or another cosmetic procedure before, please have a chat with us before your appointment to ensure you're a candidate as our cancellation policy applies where sensitivities are not brought to our attention prior and the treatment is unable to go ahead.
Our waiting area is separated from our treatment room, so children under 12 cannot be adequately supervised. Due to this and our insurance guidelines, we ask that you leave under 12s cared for at home, to ensure comfort, relaxation and safety for yourself and others.
Feel free to bring your headphones! Our salon is designed for you to wind down. We have cosy blankets, extra pillows, and music for your enjoyment. Most clients indulge in a “lash nap”. This is your opportunity to relax enjoy some pamper time.
If you need to get in contact, texts to 0435480442 are the quickest way for us to see and respond to you in between appointments. Please ensure to use this number and not reply to the confirmation text number (it's automated software!)
We are in the Salon Tues, Thu, Fri & Sat from 9AM, Wednesdays from 1pm. Closed on Sunday's & Monday's.
